Been here 28 years, non alcoholic wines beverages or its equivalent are not very popular. If it is your primary revenue stream I would suggest against it because there are a few players and to be honest they are not doing so well. I have never seen a person say “I wish I had a Barbican right now!” which is what their advertisements portray.
