Suicide is one of the leading cause of preventable death in our nation today. Coaches are in a unique position to have a lasting impact on the young people they encounter on a daily basis. In this training, we will look into the problem of suicide within student athletes, the unique pressures that they face, and hear from several experts on the subject. Training will be held over Zoom.
